Measurment reading transfer proposal not working for all measuring points

Dear All,

We can propose measuring reading transfer for measuring points in equipment hierarchy. We have two options for that, either from equipment change IE02 or from IK02 at individual level. My problem is When I go to IE02 and then display the list of all measuring points for the equipment, Then go to EXTRAS--> PROPOSE ASSIGNMENT , It only assigns default measuring points for few(not for all) Even I tried in IK02 transaction for the error cases, system doesn't assign value by default.

Any idea what may be the reason?

Measurment readings were not updating because one was counter another was not.

There are certain pre-requisities for the proposal like

Measurement readings can only be transferred from one measuring point to another, if both measuring points have the same characteristic and counter readings can only be transferred from one counter to another, if both counters have the same characteristic.

You can only transfer measurement and counter readings within an object hierarchy. Measurement or counter readings cannot be transferred from other object hierarchies.

Within a hierarchy, you can only transfer measurement or counter readings in a straight line from above or from below; you cannot copy them from another branch.

Check your hierarchy of the objects in which you are trying to generate the proposals automatically.
