Support Team not getting populated automatically in CRMD_ORDER

Hello

The issue I am are facing at the moment is that when a user

having "SAP_ALL" authorization tries to create a support message

through "NOTIF_CREATE" the "Support Team" gets populated correctly

But when a user having only "SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE" authorization tries

to create a support message using "NOTIF_CREATE" the "Support Team"

in "CRMD_ORDER" tcode does not get populated.

Please let me know whether there is any specific role/Authorization

object which I have to assign a user so that the "Support Team" get

populated automatically when a user is not having SAP_ALL authorization.

Please note that I have already maintained Rule in "PFAC" tcode
