Approval by hierarchy of lead C4C

Hi experts, I appreciate any help you can give me about of Leads.

I have seen that in release 1808 C4C had an improvement over the first and second level approvals, but I dont really understand if is possible with this improvement assign approval to level hierarchy
I have seen that in the C4C version of 1808 it had an improvement over the first and second level approvals, but I really do not understand if it is possible with this improvement to assign approval to the hierarchy of levels of the structure of the organization.

For example, I have an employee as a sales group manager at the top level, I have another as the sales office manager at the top level of the previous level I have a manager of a sub-level of the sales organization and at the top I have the sales organization; Im setting the approval procces as mentioned in the whats new of release 1808 but I don´t see the assignment of the superior employes in the approval tab of lead, only see a sales group manager, I think that mi setup its incomplete but don´t see what is missing by setting or is a mistake.
