To bring header text field on initial va01 screen

Dear SAP Experts,

I want to bring header text field on initial screen of va01.

So that my end user can enter that text in 1 screen only and he dosent has to go to HEADER--> TEXT

Requsting to have your comments on the same.

Text can be appear in Overview screen of VA01 if you tick the Text in Overview Screen in tcode VOTXN - Slaes document - Header - Change -Text procedure assignement with Sales Document type.

It is not so easy to maintain a tab of Text in Overview Screen of VA01.It will take a time to maintain by ABAPer.

Best option is to go to Header > Header Text or Item > Item Text.

Just maintain in VOTXN the Text Type , the Access Sequence & assign it to the Text Procedure & Sales Document Type.
