how to desige the authrity of ip25

When I deleted the maintenance plan in batches with IP25, I wanted to limit it to only delete the maintenance plan of one factory, but not the maintenance plan of other factories. How to deal with this problem? I have limited it to only one plant， but ip25 still can delete other plant‘s maintenance plan。
