MRKO settlement

Hi SAP guru,

I am unable to process consignment and pipeline settlement(MRKO). When i check in MRM3, output type KONS, thereu2019s no setup for that particular company code and vendor. Is it the reason why I cannot unable to process MRKO or is there any other reasons?

Yes, there is an info record for this vendor and material. Then what should I do? Do I need to setup in MRM1?

First have you checked that CONSIGNMENT info record is there?

If you already have consignment info record then yes you need to make sure that in MRM1 record exists for KONS type.

Have you mainatin the info record for your vendor ? plz check as where we process MRKO data is picking from info record.

Hi Yong,

Maintain info record as price falls from that to Pipeline and consignment in MRKO. And maintain account determination for KON (Consignment Payables) in OBYC.

Hi ,

What you have to do is goto MRM1 and create a condition record for output type KONS .

execute MRM1 , give output type KONS -- press enter

Now give your vendor name at vendor field , give VN in function field ..select your medium (use 1 for print out ) , select one of the dispatch type .

Then click on communication ( or press F2 ) and make the proper settings for Output device .

Pls create condition record (MRM1) for the combination of vendor & company code. Select output type KONS & create

Miantain Consignment & Ppeline line Inforecord with correct validity periona nd Price is must.

As in MRKO it will pick the price from the Info record only.
