I am new to SAP Hana cloud environment and was trying to learn sentiment analysis using Hana cloud platform. I ran into the following error while trying to run my xsjs service :
@/com/hana/cloud/platform/TwitterSenitmentAnalysis/updateDictionary.xsjs:47
dberror(Connection.prepareStatement): 258 - insufficient privilege: Not authorized
I understand this means that the user does not have sufficient privileges. I saw a lot of solutions to add xs application privilege file and to add a role but it did not help. I was then trying to follow the steps explained in this article.
https://blogs.sap.com/2014/09/30/assign-hana-privileges-to-user-role/#
but while trying to create the role I get the following error.
insufficient privilege: Not authorized at /sapmnt/ld7272/a/HDB/jenkins_prod/workspace/HANA__FA_CO_LIN64GCC48HAPPY_rel_fa~hana1sp12/s/ptime/query/checker/query_check.cc:371
I have already found several issues like this in SDN, but none proved useful.
Can anyone please assist on how to solve this?
Should I be giving any additional privilege to the system user?
Firstly, what is it your trying to do? Is this a trial account?
