HTTP error : 400 bad Request

Hi Experts,

one of my business user is trying to archive the documents from FBL3N tcode in PRD.he has given g/l account, company code and open items as present day.

he is getting HTTP error : 400 bad Request this error message .Could someone help me to resolve this issue.

After restarting the server it is got fixed.
