where can i find the list of fixes that was applied in the Hot Fix?

Generally speaking there is a release notes or Fixed Issues document distributed with the fix pack downloads - these tend to be in PDF format and can be downloaded from the info link below.

If you're downloading through the SAP service marketplace ->

When browsing by application group, find the downloads to add to you basket, click on the 'info' link to the right hand side of the page. This will take you to the documentation downloads for the download.

Go to the [SAP Support Portal - Patches|https://websmp101.sap-ag.de/patches] and click on Support Software and Corrections on the left navigation bar. Next click on the Click Here link on the main panel.

From there, select the link for the component that you want to view the Fix Pack for, then select the release and the server arcxhitecture that you have. Click on the Info link next to the Fix Pack that you want to look at. This will bring you to another page with an OSS Note and link to that note. Click on the note that's being liked to to view the OSS Note. The OSS Note may list out in text what the Hot Fixes are for the Fix Pack or may have a link to a PDF that has the list.
