Missing Profit Centre in FSV items

Dear SAP Gurus,

I've prepared FSV Version in my organization. Its working fine the only issue is that at the time of Initial Upload "GO LIVE" some of the values were uploaded without assignment of the Profit center. Now when you look at the FSV prfit centre wise there are some values are being shown wothout Profit center, is there any way that now we can assign Profit Centres to those values and transactions.
