When printing, receive the following error
the print control can not accept compressed content. Please contact your administrator
The following add-on was running when this problem occurred.
printcontrol.dll
Even if I cancel the print at the printer selection screen, I receive this error.
We do not have access to the reports, but I was looking to isolate the issue. Would it be something with our printer setup, .dll's. or report setup?
