Standrad OT on basic u have to check with 2005 infotype the sytem will caluculate the amount on basic (i dont have knowledge on this)

other than this if u want to pay the OT thru pay roll thru IT0015 or 2010

u have to write a custom PCR and insert in the PCR if it is IT0015 write the PCR and keep in the sub schema XAL9 uner P0015

the same logic appiles to the PCR when u process the OT in 2010

apart from these we can also have OT thru TE Check To05 T010 To15 PCR

if u have queries pls let me know

PCR is not that much easy to understand at one go .......... u have to understand it by yourself

check Pe01 Pe02 Pe04 for more info abt processing of Pay roll Schema

Hi S.SHAW

For Over time calculation you can use 2005 info type and 2010 info type. For this to right a PCR it Depend upon the ur client requirement.

If u using 2010 there u have to right the PCR for the calculation of OT according to the client requirement.

What type of time Mgt UR Client is using positive Time or Negative Time Mgt Plz confirm

With Regards

For Overtime, please check the block "Determine Overtime" in the TM04 schema. The main sub-schemas for overtime are TW15 and TW30.
