SRM mail setup process



I have to do following tasks, please tell me how to setup mails in SRM. Pls send me steps by steps procedures.

Tasks to be done are:

1) Setup SAP SRM that the module sends out mails like the below. Recipient will be

an ISS DK user using outlook

2) SAP has to check a mailbox on the global exchange environment (once an hour

or so) and has to process all mail that came in (approve or reject)
