Hello Somdeb,
The field MAXWAGE is for the uneployment ceiling. This where the max amount of salary is taxed.
If the ceiling for uneployment is $20,000, the employee will only be taxed for this amount even though the employee's yearly salary is $40,000. So six months into the year the tax will stop being taken once the employee's salary reaches the limit.
