mobileservice SAP Business One - error -900003 You have been logged in other place

Hi Experts,

I am trying to log in to the mobile service for sap business one on HANA, using the web browser to validate the operation of the service. (https://192.168.1.254:40000/mobileservice/)

After registering the user and password shows me the following message.

{"error":{"code":-900003,"message":"You have been logged in other place"}}

Please help me to determine the source of the problem. thank you very much.

Solved, i have unistalled and reinstalled the service in hana server

Hi,

I have the same error when try to access (https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:40000/mobileservice).

The App B1 Sales dont'work but the App BusinessOne (and dashoboard inside) works fine.
