Error while modifying the Application

Hi,

When I am adding / mapping Dimensions into Application, I am getting the following error:

"Application has the Journals. You cannot modify the Application Structure."

In Application information (on the main screen), the status of Journal is shown as in use.

How to modify the Application in the above situation, please guide...

If you haven't solved this yet, I would suggest that you have a couple of options. 1 is to build a new application and add the dimensions you choose, and levergae the existing application as the foundation for the new application. Or just disable the Journal component from the application and then add a new dimension. Depending on which application you are editing, you may need to delete the Journals, the concurrent locks in order to modify the application.

Can u share me how you over come the error while modfying the application. It could be great full i provide me the solution bcoz i have struck up in this issue,
