COGI not able to process

When COGI is processed i am getting error"this item cannot be processed".COGI description is Deficit of BA Restr--use prev. 736.000 KG : 42679.Can any one tell me why is this?

    Since the batch is in restricted,COGI is coming.Make the batch unrestricted and reprocess.

    Hi Thimmaya,

    Pl check the error showing PREV,which indicates there is batch stock problem in Previous Period,Please check the Document Dates and the Posting Period of the Document you are Processing.your Pb will get solved.

      Looks like you have revesed a movement to recover stock for the COGI error.

      If that is right , the reversal document needs to be posted with Posting date of previous period preferebly with Posting date as the posting date of the original mat doc.

      then try the Post processing errors with COGI.

    The Batch you are trying to Post is in resticted stock.

    go to MSC2n --- change the Batch status to Unrestricted.

    Then do the Post processing wuing COGI.
