SAP HANA Graph viewer - Could not load

Hello Experts

I have SAP HANA Express edition running on google cloud. We are exploring SAP HANA Graph feature and using this link code for creating a graph. Whenever we are trying to view the graph we are getting message as Database explorer offline and each time it tries to connect to HRTT service.

We have checked in SAP HANA XSA cockpit where our HRTT core service is running fine, i created one more instance of it just to be on safer side.

The log files shows error such as hrtt-service-2018-09-18-09-45-449150000.txt "(87)[1537257838303] [API] ERR Number of running instances for app 'hrtt-service' [Org 'HANAExpress', Space 'SAP'] is 0 but should be 1. Trying to adapt number of running instances"

Attached is the complete log, where we can see (16)[1537254956691] [API] ERR Crashed instance [state CRASHED, index 1] of droplet [id 4] of app 'hrtt-service' [Org 'HANAExpress', Space 'SAP'] at [hxehost:50006, pid 6891] with failure reason: Process terminated with exit code 139

How to resolve this issue?

Thanks

Nabheet

Do you receive any error messages that some plug-ins are not loaded, when opening Web IDE?

Can you check versions of your HXE XSA components (here are mine):

xs lc
Getting software components in org "HANAExpress" / space "SAP" as XSA_ADMIN...
Found software components:

software component version
------------------------------------
...
XSAC_HRTT (sap.com) 2.5.65
...
XSAC_SAP_WEB_IDE (sap.com) 4.3.2
...

and compare their compatibility in note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2510063

?
