period comparison report balance issue

HI gurus,

PS PERIOD COMPARISION - ACTUAL REPORT: S_ALR_87013545, the balance is showing different for 2 users. For one user it's showing zero balance which is correct., and for another user the same report showing some balance...

Could any one let me know the possible reasons why it is like this???
