Any solution to iPhone/tablet iOS "white screen" problem (no output)? "Can't find variable"

index-file.txtAt the moment, there is an error occurring under iOS devices that appears as a white screen with no output (as related to the SAPUI5 index file). On the team that I am a part of, we're running into an issue saying that the connected device "Can't find variable: ???" whenever the sap script call in the index.html is made. Based on what is online, it has been suggested that one should "not execute such code until the device ready event has fired." This error occurs under PWD, but not under PWT. Included with this question are some of the JSON files associated with our project.

index-file.txt (see attachments) -- This is where the error occurs

All of our devices (iPhone 6, iPhone 5, iPad, iPad mini) have been having issues opening our app in PWD (PWT and PWP are fine). We don't think it is a library issue because SAPUI5 explored works (same library version). And as our other apps work, it is not a certificate issue. Even when one of our team members hard-coded the library into the MMQ app, the error still occurred (can't find variable, timing out), as related to this script area:

<script>
VARIABLE.ui.getCore().attachInit(function () {
sap.ui.require([
"sap/m/Shell" ...
</script>

Has anyone encountered this problem before? And is there a solution to it?
