PS maping for Customer projects

Hi all of you,

I am new to SAP PS, and I required to map my client's requirement in SAP PS. My client in to telecom engineering and they do tower manufacturing and RF etc....... For each project they have WBS elements which are connected with Network. Thing is that the project has to be spitted in to number of sites approx 1000, for example. Thing is that we have to capture the each site under the respective WBS elements.

Please suggest me how to map PS for this scenario, earliest replies will be highly appreciated.

1000 sites?

you can populate the structure like this. Make WBSE's such that they represent particular geographical area, say for example one district. In the next level again you can split it to represent sites. Like this you can have an much detailed heirarchy as you want. Then finally you can include the activities under the WBSEs.

Hi,

Basic fundamental for designing  the project : It should be more simple and it should be more relevant business functionality.Since it will improve system & database performance .

I noticed your requirement for 1000 sites:

WBS Design: Geographical classification Wise : Country / State/ District.
