ITSM support Team determination (BRF+)

IS the selected partner have to be a first level support service or a specific support team created as a position in the organization unit.as the below screen shot

and if for example, MM incident with priority high,

it should go to 1st Level ERP Support or it should go to a specific employee like the screenshot attached

Or should I select in the support team organization unit or a specific employee/user
