I have a BIG problem, this weekend i update to EHP1 my solution manager (without problems).
But now, when i create a new support message, the "Support Team" appear in blank, why? How can configure it?

Please check the responsibilities under rule 13200137 using TCode PFAC.
Try to simulate the same and check whether it is choosing the right team for the component as assigned.

And i have in 'Partner Functions in Procedure' blank the 'Partner Determination'.
But, afther the upgrade appear in blank.
