Hi all,
I have several UDFs from type of link. All attachments which are stored over these UDFs are stored in the same folder (standard attachment fodler of SBO). But I want to store the all attachment in different folders which I can create first.
For example a would have 3 different folders A, B and C:
C:ProgrammeSAPSAP Business OneAttachmentsA
C:ProgrammeSAPSAP Business OneAttachmentsB
C:ProgrammeSAPSAP Business OneAttachmentsC
I woluld have 3 different UDFs and I would like to declare that the first one is stored into A-Folder, the second one in the B-Folder and the third one in the C-Folder.
Is this possible, two change the standard attachment folder, which is normally defined over "Administration/System Initialisation/General Settings"?
Best Regards and thanks for any help!

Vural,
If you have created 3 UDFs as Link Type. The link type only saves the path of the location. You can Save for UDF A in folder X, For B Folder Y and For C Folder Z. So if you save this file in different folder then the link UDF only saves the path to open the file. You dont have to create three attachment folder in SAP B1.
