Hi experts,

can you tell me MCIS report is only coming based on order ?

Suppose i will create direct reservation throug MB21 without order should that cost will capture by MCI8.

Hi Amit,

In MB21 if you are using movement type 261 and giving maintenance order number then that material cost will get captured in mentioned order number.

If you are directly issuing material against cost center then it won't be cosidered in MCI8.

Maintenance orders are cost collectors. Whatever cost is incurred on maintenance it is maintained in Order only.

All maintenance costs are captured through maintenance orders. There is no other way costs can be captured in PM.

We are facing a problem :

Suppose i have issued the material through MB21 against cost centere in that case from where we have to see the cost in PM Module ?

I want to know whether MCI8 will capture those cost also or not ? Is there is any way to see those cost which comes through MB21 without order.

Dear Ami,

You want to see the Cost without the order, the you have to see it through the cost centr wise report.

Accounting>controlling>Cost center accounting>Information System>Report for cost center accounting>
