Can we achieve Multilevel approval in SAP C4C

Hi Folks,

Is Multilevel approval process possible in SAP C4C functionally(without SDK).If yes could you please tell me from which release this is possible.

Hi Jaya,

C4C standard approval process functionality supports multi level approval. For that you have to add the conditions groups in such a way that the conditions overlaps for higher level of approvers.
