Dear experts,

I have a input ready planning AO workbook with an active BEx conditon to hide records that have zeros in key figure. The records are filtered through a charactersitic value prompt. Even though the filtered data set displays only the non zero records, the filter by member functionality reads the hidden members as well. Heres an example:

Without BEx Conditon

Project Amount

A 50

B 0

C 60

D 70

Filter my member on the Project characterisitc displays entries A,B,C,D

With BEx conditon enabled

Project Amount

A 50

C 60

D 70

Filter my member on the Project characterisitc shows entries A,B,C,D. Ideally we would like to restrict the list in to show only the entries A,C,D. Is this achievable with AO or is there a query setting/macro workaround to control the filter my member functionality in AO to read only rows that meet the BEx conditon criteria.

Thank you

VV

Solved using a replacement path variable on the project characteristic to pre-filter the projects that met the BEx condition criteria.
