Unable To Launch Stand Alone UI For Interface Channel Monitoring.

Dear Experts,

Current version of SAP Solution Manager is 7.1 SP14.

We have configured ICMON, in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP14, It was working fine earlier, Recently I have deleted Couple of Interface Scenarios.
After Deleting, I am unable to Launch Interface Channel Monitoring Stand Alone UI.

When i try to launch it from Workcenter, It Keeps on Loading. Does not give any results. Apart from this every thing is working fine.

Only problem is we are not able to Launch Standalone UI from Workcenter. This was working a week ago. Suddenly we are facing this issue.

It gets stuck at below screen.

Please check ou the following - 2344416 - Prerequisites for Interface Channel Monitoring - Solution Manager 7.1 / 7.2
