Hi,

You create MIC with incomplete copy modle. When you assign into Inspection Plan that time system ask you to assign its limit. So, you assign limits as per your required dimension wise.

In this case you have to create 1 MIC & use 20 times in single operation.

HI

Are those 20 dimensions for the same material

If it is like tht then create a Single MIC adn and after tht enter tht same mic 20 times and aloong tht line u will fine the upeer limit and lower lit values their u can change the dimensions as u like ...

So their is no need to create 20 MIC...

There is 1 more solution

Create 20 inspection methods with respective dimensions and assign them in 1 MIC.

While creating inspection plan assign this MIC, system will ask u method. Assign methods 1 by 1 in each characteristic.

Plz. revert back if u are having any doubt

Yes, you are correct. If you want to measure 20 dimension in one operation & if all dimension are not related to each other then it advisable to define each 1 as 1 MIC in operation.

Please reply back with specific Q if need more clarification.

Thanks!!!
