If u have access for SE14, better to delete PSA data.
[Datasource -> Manage (here u can see PSA table name.. say /BIC/B0002692) and add extra 3 zeros (/BIC/B0002692000) to PSA table name, if it is master datasource]
Then run RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY...
[If RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY does not support, U should use RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY _ms, ... These two programs are database specific (oracle & MS Sql server)]
If still error exists.. do vice-versa

Hi David,
Use this program to delete the data from PSA RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY ,
Also check if there are any loads running on top of that PSA(either writing into or reading from PSA) at the time of deletion.
Please let me know if this is help full
Cheers,
Srinath
