Hi,
I have following questions to see if purchasing SAP ERP 6.0 Instance on SAP Cloud Appliance is cost effective or not:
1) After getting my instance on CAL will I get compete OS level root access, Hana Studio Access & SAP application level admin access?
2) If i want to apply some SAP add-ons & support pack patches, do I need to contact SAP to get it done or can I do it myslef?
3) Do I need to take SAP licenses separately or will it be considered with CAL cost?
