Hi! All
Can any body guide me to solve this problem.
Consumption for a Sample Material.
A material is produced by a mixing of two materials. the produced material acts as s raw material for the further process.
1 Batch contains - 1000Kg
For every 1000 kg 125kg will be taken for the Testing. (This 125kg is not posted in system any where) But Physically the materials are in Testing Lab.
Thus how to Make consumption for the whole 1000kg of a Batch.
Bz of this there are more variation between System Stock and Physical Stock.
Thanks and Regards,
Kv
Hi,
Use the same batch no and issue the material againt the mvement type called sampling that is 333. that will also create the consumption doc with accounting doc as sampling process
But in OBYC you have to maintain the GL against GBB -VQy against your valuation class . So take the concern GL from FI person

hI,
There is a process in sap for this kind of scenario.you can issue the batch for destructive testing /non destructive testing. In non destrive testing you can issue of a test and return back after testing. In destrictive testing after your testing you can scarp.

Thanks Raghavendra reply .
if you explain this it will be more useful for us.
Can you Explain me with the Posting in System.
The Posting is happening for a Batch. If we take some amount of quantity from that batch for testing how to post in system that this many quantity has been taken for testing.

Kv
