Public Holiday on Weekly Off

Hi Experts,

My client wants, If a Public holiday falls on Saturday it should be moved to Friday and If Public Holiday falls on Sunday it shoud be moved to Monday.

If employee apply leaves on a particular Friday or Monday it should not accept. How to configure this ? if any PCRs to be done pls guide..

Remeber Niram, PCRs are used to process after the data is inputted in system.

But, ur scenario is while inputting system should not accept...

U need to use.. Public Holiday as Floating...

and there u can find... Move to Sunday... and Move to Monday

Use it as per ur requirement

Hi,

Not all public holidays will be on saturday and Sunday's. Rarely on an average 2 or max 3 public holidays come in a year on Saturday and Sunday. In this case, try to change the Work schedule with the Holiday Class 1 for that particular day. This will solve your problem.
