intercopany elemination means nothing but transaction betwen subsidary company and holding company we need elimnate at the consolidation level

Inter company elimination is necessarywhen you consolidate the results of various company codes. If you do not eliminate certain transactions like intercompany payables, receivables, etc. it will distort the consolidated results
