Call Horizon % Setting in maintenance plan

Hi,

I have created a maintenance plan and assigned a task list with startegy (Hour and Kilometer) and maintenance packages following below.

HMR_01 Stragedy Attached

KMR_01 Stragedy Attached

Now when I schedule the maintenance plan system should release the maintenance order (call date) exactly one week before each maintenance package.

what is the system seeting need to be done?

Hi Pradhan.

If you want call the order exactly one week before each maintenance package, use "Interval for Call Objects = 7 Day / 1 Week" in IP30 but your call horizon must be 100%.

Hi Shiv,

System will generate the call irrespective of the Strategy you are using.

If you maintain the Interval of Call Objects - 7 days say you run IP30 on 01.01.2019, system will generate call objects for the calls waiting up to 08.01.2019.

You need to make ultimate care when running IP30 with Interval of Call objects.
