In Transaction FS00.......uncheck the checkbox for "Only Balances in Local Currency" under Control data........This would probably enable you to enter different currecy(from the Company Code Local Currency) at the time of Cash Journal Posting.

    Hi experts,

    Thanks for the reply.

In FS00 my GL code for petty cash is 310000.I have observed that in control data, there is a tick in only in local curr(INR).But while i remove tick and trying to save it ,the system gives error"since transaction is there you cannot save it.I have seen that there is huge transaction in GL code 310000.

    Please advise.

    Regards,

    Samar
