idle times

Hi, is it possible to capture the idle times against each production order at individual activity level like setup, machine, labor activities? like planned setup timeis 50mins, actual is 120 mins due to some pboblem. we want to capture the reason for taking extra time for setup activity. pls guide.

Dear,

It is better if you have implemented PM module then from there you can get the Idle time/Down Time report perfectly.

Or else create Break down time, Ideal time as activity and set Std value parameters in OP7B and OP19

Go to CO11n and see, you will get these fields where you can enter the data and save it.

Or you can define the new screen in CO11N also Check with the User Exit:

CONFPP07 Single Screen Entry: Inclusion of User-Defined Subscreens Here you can capture your Down time and Over time also.
