Configuration Mode not available under Personalize Settings

Hi,

In CRM WebUI, in Personalize settings, I am not getting "Configure Mode" option.

I started CRM web client and clicked on Personalize and then clicked on Personalize Settings. Here I am NOT getting "Configure Mode" option. while another CRM user is getting that option.

Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.
