Solution Manager 7.2 cannot create test package

Hello,

I've been execising test management on our internal solution manager 7.2 system. There's one problem I met.

After I created a test plan based on the corresponding solution, I think the next step should be creating a test package and assign tester like the process in 7.1. But the selection of create test package is grey.

I have checked the authorization of user which has no problem according to security guide. Does anyone know what's the reason for this?

Have you selected the test plan scripts while generation and save it already.

Could you please check the steps as shown below

Thanks for your advice, I selected the test cases for the test plan and then test package can be created now.
