SAP BI and BO integration issue

Dear All,

I am having a problem while integrating the SAP Bi 7.0 and BO 3.1

Problem:

Content Administration Workbench:

I have installed SAP integration kit on BO server and able to establish RFC XXXXX connect between the servers successfully.

While configuring the SAP content administration workbench > Enterprise system > add new system...

At tab RFC Destination > I choose RFC XXXXX and try to verify BOE definition.

It suppose to be successfully but I am getting the following error message>

Verify BOE definition.

Destination status

Destination alive, but unable to connect to target system

Unable to log on to Enterprise system. Reason: Logon attempt failed as us user XXXXXX does not belong to any of the required roles -- (EAS 10005)#

Note: I imported all transport request into the system from SAP integration Kit
