Hello All,
We are in the process of upgrading our BI environment from 4.1 SP2 to 4.2 SP3. Following the admin/upgrade guide and various other blogs we did the update to the base 4.2 SP3 upon which when opening any webi reports a "404 - missing page error" appears and same when you right click on any webi report. Additionally in Launchpad under applications we get ??Dummy.Action.WebiApplication.displayname?? for Webintelligence and same in CMC under applications for webintelligence and QWAAS. All the services are running without any errors and I've also redeployed war files but no luck. I am able to run reports in rich client.
Any one having same issue or any suggestions or help is much appreciated.

Did you also tried re-deployment of web application as well? Most likely this is a deployment issue. A similar issue was also been noticed on this SAP Note:

After posting this question, I actually saw the thread you pointed out and followed those steps but the issue still exists. I also ran a repair of the base install hoping that would fix the issue but no luck.

May be you need to stop the tomcat and clear the cache. Below thread might help.
