5.3 CUP Approver not found error

Hi Experts

Having an issue on CUP. I have created a CAD for my first stage and second stage.

1st Stage (Business Process Owner) HR and linked to approver

2nd Stage (Role type) = Single and linked to approver.

The request is created but when I approve the request at the 1st stage it throws out the the Approver not found error. The role attributes have also been configured accordingly.

Any ideas Experts your help will be appreciated.

Please let us know what is the approver determinator that you have configured for the second stage.

The CAD for my 2nd stage is Role Attribute = role type = single linked to an approver.

Hi,

I have checked at my system and everythign works fine. Please make sure that the approver exist in the UME which you have defined in the CAD.

In case the issue persists then please create a CSS message with SAP.

Thanks for the assistance, I've checked on the UME the approver does exist with the necessary authorizations. Maybe it issomething in the config please tell what you did maybe I missed something small in the config. I checked and the CAD in both stages are linked to approvers and they both exist in the ume. And the role itself has been linked with the attributes such as the business process and the role type being single.
