​Question on Multiple plants for line items in Sales Order - Must Ship Complete.

There are few line items in a Sales Order from Plant A and few line items from Plant B.

If the order has to Ship complete, what are the best ways to change the delivery plant to a single plant (either B or A).

Note: We are OK to do STO's between plants but sometimes we check the Lead time by creating dummy orders and don't save it.

Adding to already added comments which needs more details from you, you should be aware the consequence of doing STO. If the purpose is just to club to one plant, then, it is not recommended to follow STO process as you need to extend the material to other plant which may not be required as system would have unnecessary master data.

Are these plants too far away? What about shipping points? Plants could be different, but if shipping points are same, you can combine the items in one delivery.

If the shipping points do differ too, your question is very difficult to answer. It is business who must decide from which plant should the order be fulfilled.
