A particular vendor is not receiving Remittance advice mail.


A particular vendor has raised a issue that they are not receiving remittance advice mail.

I am an ABAPer, how can I resolve this?

Everything in FBZP is correct, mail id is also maintained.

It is not there in spam folder as well as the vendor has not blocked the mail id.

Communication method is also maintained.
