Control key

I want to restrict the user to save multiple (more than one) operations with u201Ccontrol keyu201D with u201Cautomatic goods receiptu201D enabled in the routing in CA01. Can someone pls let me know the SAP configuration for it?

Hi,

SAP std does not have any config check or method to meet your need.

You can achieve this by training the user the process to adopt. Alternatively you can create a Z program to create routing & in this program you can make your custom checks as per your need.

I am not aware of an user-exit or enhancement which can be used, if any of the forum members are aware of such an exit, please update.

I think it is impossible for Standard SAP to achieve your requirement.

I'm not aware of any user exit for this,waiting for the senior consultant to fix out it.

HI Tutoo,

There is no way possible to have a check like this in SAP.

and it will be lot easy to create a transaction by copying CA01 and CA02 to create and change routing ( routining maintainance)

and you can have a control to check after each and every operation inserted which will look for operations with u201Ccontrol keyu201D with u201Cautomatic goods receiptu201D as soon as there is more then one control key with this it will give you error or at the time of saving it will not allow you to save routing with this settings.

Check it out and revert back.
