Internal Order Commitment update - Sales Order creation

Scenario: During sales order creation, a "promo" internal order is assigned to a line item. Question: The commitment value for the promo (expense) item of the Internal order is not being updated even if the indicator "Commitment Management with Sales Order" is active in OKKP.

We need to update the Commitment against the IO budget in this stage in order to trigger the budget availability control and recognize budget overrun.
