Thrown out of SBO when accessing Customer Equipment Card

Hi Experts.

Our customer is running SBO 2007A SP00 PL45.

When they access one particular Customer Equipment Card the Visual Studio Just-In-Time Debugger screen is displayed.

If you select 'No' from this screen you are then thrown out of SBO.

There are a number of add-ons installed but for the user I am logging on with (manager) they are all disconnected and set to manually start.

The error is not occurring in the TEST environment for the particular CEC.

Any ideas?
