access portalapp.xml property in java/jsp code

I am creating an iview using PAR portal component , i am defining initial values in portalapp.xml as properties with key and value.

The same can be accessed in iView properties. But I am not able to read them in my jspdynpage or jsp files.

I have read some where earlier that we can access these properties. Could some one let me know how can we do that.
