Free Text Field when Posting Inventory Differences?

I have a client who would like to add some free text somewhere when posting inventory differences to indicate why there is an inventory difference. I know there is a reason for movement field, but my client would like to elaborate more on why there is a difference. Is there a field that can be used for comments?

Hi,

Try to use "Notes" area in Header level? Is there any requirement the same should be apper in report?
