Cache goes to obsolete after refreshing

Hi there, i imported a few objects into the directory and the cache wont go green,

so i checked the SXI_CACHE Tx. trashed everything, and ran a complete cache refresh,

the light turns yellow for a while and says its refreshing but later goes back to red and it says cache is obsolete again,

i checked the RFC INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI and it says this when tested

Status HTTP Response 500

Status Text Internal Server Error

Duration Test Call 1262 ms

i tried almost everything i've found in the SDN,

Any other sugestions? im desperate to fix this :S

Hey

We had a similar issues some time ago,a complete cache refresh by following the below guide helped us.

Not sure why this issue came up but it was solved by complete cache refresh.

Please check the user XIISUSER / PIISUSER in SU01 if it is not locked.

Also have a look into SAP Notes u2013 804124, 807000
